Report abuse.

Sendora hosts short links and per-tenant subdomains on behalf of our customers. If one is being used for phishing, malware, spam, or other abuse, tell us and we'll act fast.

How to report

Email abuse@sendoracloud.com with as much detail as you can. We acknowledge every report within one business day and prioritise active phishing and malware for immediate takedown.

Please include:

  • The full URL(s) — e.g. https://go.sendoracloud.com/abc123 or https://<handle>.sendoracloud.app/….
  • What the content is doing (phishing target, malware sample, spam campaign, trademark/IP infringement).
  • Any evidence — screenshots, email headers, timestamps.

What we do

  • Triage: active phishing / malware is disabled on sight, typically within hours of a verified report.
  • Takedown: offending links and subdomains are suspended; the responsible customer account is notified and may be terminated for repeat or egregious abuse.
  • Escalation: we cooperate with hosting providers, registrars, and browser safe-browsing programs as needed.
  • Follow-up: we close the loop with the reporter on the action taken.
