Delivery

Amazon SES (system-email delivery on Sendora Cloud's infrastructure; customer-authored email sends from the customer's own DKIM-verified domain through our SES account).

Twilio / MessageBird (optional SMS bring-your-own-provider).

Billing & support

Stripe (payments).

Zendesk / in-house support tooling (customer support).
