The challenge

A consumer news app launching on iOS + Android needed identity, analytics, push, lifecycle messaging, deep links, attribution, support, and a help center — all integrated, all real-time, on a budget that wouldn't survive 7 separate SaaS bills. The team didn't want to spend the first 3 months wiring CDPs together instead of building the product.

The approach

Picked Sendora at v0 because every module shared one user_id + one event stream — meaning the analytics events flowing in could trigger the lifecycle drips, the audience-targeted pushes, the in-app messages, and the support timeline without any glue code. Anon→identified device-takeover (s58.117) closed the duplicate-push class of bug that AppsFlyer + OneSignal + Auth0 customers chase for months. KB feeds the AI chatbot which deflects tickets which still land in Support with the user's full timeline attached.

The outcome

11 Sendora modules running in production. Single backend deploy ships changes across the whole customer-touchpoint stack. No reverse-ETL infrastructure to operate. Bug surfaced in week one (duplicate pushes after signin) became a platform-wide architectural fix shipped to every Sendora customer — the kind of cross-product win point-tool stacks structurally can't deliver.

Replace your stack. Like Pulse News did.
