The challenge
Vespera needed enterprise-grade auth (SSO, SCIM, audit log) without paying Auth0's per-MAU pricing on a B2B model where seats are sticky but volume is moderate. Wanted analytics + webhook delivery in the same tenant so their audit story is end-to-end.
The approach
Piloting Sendora Authentication + Customers + Analytics + Webhooks. SAML SSO + SCIM provisioning for their enterprise tier. Audit log surfaces every signin / token rotation / SCIM event for compliance.
The outcome
Pilot in progress. We'll publish numbers when Vespera gives the green light — until then this page is the scaffolding, not the spin.
