Notes

  • Monthly tracked users (MTU) = distinct identities with at least one tracked activity in the month, deduped across every module (anonymous collapses to identified at conversion). System lifecycle events (push.sent / email.delivered / etc.) + webhook deliveries are free, and public visitors (support / widget) are never MTUs. Email / SMS / AI are metered on top. See FAQ.
  • Critical Alerts require an Apple-issued entitlement (1-3 wk approval, news/marketing usually rejected) on top of the Launch+ plan.
  • ai_action is metered per resolution on top of your plan; BYOK (your own Ollama Cloud key) runs uncapped at your own upstream cost. Available from Launch+.
  • Plan upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
